Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our quiz packs, refunds are limited once a purchase has been completed and files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur and we aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases.

Refunds may be considered if:

• You accidentally purchased the same quiz twice
• You received corrupted or inaccessible files
• The product delivered is significantly different from the description
• A legitimate technical issue prevents access to the quiz

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Difficulty hosting the event
• Personal preference regarding quiz content
• Claims made after the quiz has already been used or shared
